xTool MetalFab SaveGas™ Cutting Nozzle Set

Get dependable thick-metal cutting performance while reducing the air pressure required from your compressor with the xTool MetalFab SaveGas™ Cutting Nozzle Set. Designed specifically for the xTool MetalFab CNC Cutter, this telescopic cutting nozzle concentrates airflow at the cutting point to support smooth, stable cuts with less demanding compressed-air requirements.

When paired with the appropriate xTool MetalFab air compressor and dryer setup, the SaveGas™ nozzle can cut materials such as stainless steel and aluminum up to 4 mm thick, as well as brass up to 3 mm thick, using only 87 PSI—or 0.6 MPa—of air pressure. By comparison, thicker-metal cutting with an ordinary nozzle may require significantly higher pressure.

The nozzle’s telescopic design helps maintain stable cutting during high-speed CNC movement while promoting uniform cut surfaces and greater resistance to interference. It is an excellent replacement or backup accessory for MetalFab owners who regularly cut thicker stainless steel, aluminum, or brass.
