Expand the cutting capabilities of your xTool MetalFab CNC Cutter with the Double-Layer Cutting Nozzle Set. Designed for cutting thicker carbon steel and galvanized sheet, this accessory set helps concentrate oxygen flow for efficient cutting and cleaner results.

The set includes two double-layer cutting nozzles—a 1.0 mm nozzle and a 1.2 mm nozzle—along with a 20 mm focus extension tube. The 1.0 mm nozzle is recommended for carbon steel and galvanized sheet from 2 mm to under 8 mm thick, while the 1.2 mm nozzle is used for material measuring 8 mm or thicker.

For compatible cutting applications, xTool specifies the use of oxygen at a regulated pressure of approximately 0.06–0.07 MPa. Always follow xTool’s operating instructions and required safety procedures when connecting and using compressed oxygen.

Please note: The double-layer nozzles and focus extension tube are optional accessories and are not included with the standard MetalFab package.
