Keep metal surfaces clean, consistent, and ready for refinishing with the xTool MetalFab CNC Cleaning Nozzle. Designed for installation on the xTool MetalFab CNC Cutter’s welding tip, this specialized nozzle enables the system to automatically remove rust, paint, oxidation, and surface contaminants from metal workpieces.

Unlike handheld cleaning, CNC-controlled laser cleaning follows the programmed design and movement path for more uniform, repeatable results. This helps reduce uneven cleaning caused by manual operation and makes it easier to process larger areas, detailed shapes, steel plates, molds, signs, fabricated components, and restoration projects.

The CNC Cleaning Nozzle can be used on multiple metals, including:

• Stainless steel

• Aluminum

• Brass

• Carbon steel

• Galvanized sheet metal

For CNC cleaning, xTool recommends using 99.99% nitrogen or argon at the appropriate operating pressure for your MetalFab configuration.

Important Compatibility Information

This nozzle is designed specifically for CNC cleaning with the xTool MetalFab CNC Cutter. It is different from the handheld cleaning nozzle supplied with the MetalFab Laser Welder and should not be used interchangeably.

The MetalFab Laser Welder and CNC Cutter package already includes a CNC Cleaning Nozzle. This accessory is intended primarily as a replacement or spare for customers who already own a compatible MetalFab system.
